I used to have arthritis pain all throughout my body, had pain for years and years, not until a friend of mine told me about an all natural, little known protein, did my pain go away.

when i sit at the chair feet on the ground.. my left leg clicks when i move the leg from 90 degrees to straightening it in front of me (planting it on ground) then bringing it back in to 90 degrees again planted on ground.
no lifting so merely moving my left to strait resting position to a normal sitting bended knee position, whilst sitting on chair.
any thoughts on why it clicks when there is no pressure? its just minor joint flexing..
