Great video!
I am a yoga teacher, and my school’s whole philosophy is that we are only as healthy as our spine. Our spine connects our brain to all nerves and control of our entire body. Yoga is wonderful for spinal health to strengthen and build proper alignment. Yoga used in conjunction with other therapies.. chiropractic, massage, physio-therapy, accupuncture and most importantly great healthy nutrition… and you will never feel better.

I personally do not like Chiropractic manipulation. A chiropractor once cracked my neck and I had a headache for a week. I believe exercise, physical therapy, stretching the muscles is a far better/safer way to straighten out the spine and deal with back pain.

Hey isn’t it true that after a person is properly adjusted that he/she should partake in a physical activity that will strengthen and keep the spine in balance? That is the thing I find wrong with most frequent patients. “It’s not working” “I feel great when I leave but a day after I am back in the dump” I think it’s very important people incorporate things into their lifestyle, in order to really be well.
