@DomWorkman I’ve been going montly for about 9 years. At one point, I thought I would be ok with no more treatments. After some time, my neck was going back in a bad shape. I learnt the lesson. I will consult a chiro for the rest of my life. My chiro is my best friend.

Before I was under a chiro’s cares, I could not turn around my head very far either to the left or right. And it was hurting each day, all day. It’s amazing how the condition of my neck affects my mood.

It does look like it could benefit joint/muscle flexibility the same way a massage would. But at the same time, constrict blood vessels.

Apparently there have been several hundred cases of that happening, resulting in strokes or even death
